Field Of Lights (pictured) returned to the winners stall on Saturday at Geelong. He was given a lovely ride by Clayton Douglas. When Field Of Lights hit the front, he really didn’t know how to put the race away which suggests he is still learning the trade. He settles well in his races and looks as though he will improve further as we get him out in trip.
Sophie’s Revenge followed up her good run at Ballarat with a win at Ararat on Saturday. She settled off the speed and was travelling well into the straight. Rider, Dean Yendall was able to weave his way through the field and she was strong to the line. It was great to get a win on the board so early in her campaign.
