Wanaroo broke her Maiden status in devastating fashion at Warrnambool on Friday. Blaike McDougall sent her straight to the front and she showed sustained speed to win by just under four lengths in a very quick time of 1.04.06 – just under a second outside the track record. Not bad at all for a 3yo Maiden Filly.
She is a very quirky horse but has loads of potential and when she puts it all together there will be more wins in store.
