Under The Bridge contested the Mark Primmer Memorial Steeplechase on his home track at Warrnambool where he put in a faultless display of jumping.
Ridden by in form jockey Aaron Kuru, Under The Bridge settled midfield for the 3450m journey around the unique Warrnambool Racecourse. From there Kuru was able to get Under The Bridge into a beautiful jumping rhythm throughout the race and with 3 jumps remaining Under The Bridge was working strongly into the race in a stalking position. Clearing the last jump, Under The Bridge still had 3 lengths to make up and he knuckled down and quickly made up the ground running past the leaders to score an impressive 4.5 length victory.
