Tolemac made his steeple chase debut in the BM120 Decron Dunroe on Wednesday and he demolished is rivals.
Stablemate Under The Bridge was 8 lengths behind in second place as Tolemac plowed through the heavy conditions.

After a season of consistent hurdling last year, we knew Tolemac would enjoy the switch to the larger fences. He trialed well around the track and distance the week earlier. Off that trial where he finished behind Police Camp and if the rain came the team knew Tolemac would take some beating. He is such an economical jumper, he doesn’t lose too much ground at the jumps and when he needs to, he can get himself out of trouble. The win on Wednesday put the writing on the wall for Tolemac to be a Brierly contender in 12 months time.

With the jumps season just starting and Tolemac’s liking for heavy conditions, we look forward to the remainder of the season with him.

Congratulations to the winning connections.
