New acquisition to the stable Thurmond didn’t take long to find himself in the winners’ stall after joining the stable back in May. Having his second start for Wilde Racing after being narrowly defeated first up, Thurmond won by an easy 4.25 lengths with Linda Meech in the saddle. It was a painless watch for his connections has he settled in the one out one back position and always looked to have control of the race.
He is a lightly raced gelding who looks as though he will only get better as we step him out in trip again.
