Sacred Eagle notched up his second win of the preparation at Bendigo on Thursday.

He was given a lovely steer from Daniel Stackhouse after drawing barrier one, he ended up one off the fence and able to come down the outside with his run. Sacred Eagle always looked as though he was going to win the race but he made hard work of it late, laying in and bumping with the eventual second placed horse.

The ownership group has shown great patience with this fellow, as he can mix his form a little. It was great to see a few of them there to enjoy the win.

Congratulations to the winning connections.
