Queen Christine continued her outstanding run of form at Sandown yesterday, making it three wins on the bounce with another tough front‑running performance. Well ridden by Linda Meech, who once again rated her perfectly in the lead, the mare never looked in danger and proved far too strong for her rivals.
She is well and truly in the zone at the moment, racing in great heart. When a mare hits form, they can be very hard to beat — and Queen Christine is showing exactly that. Her consistency is now reflected in a tidy record of 10 starts for 4 wins and 3 minor placings, a testament to her progression this preparation.
