Precious Charm made a brilliant return to racing on Kyneton Cup Day, scoring first up from a spell.
Sent out at double figures, the daughter of Per Incanto jumped cleanly, settled beautifully in the run, and showed her trademark turn of foot when it mattered. Tom Stockdale gave her a great ride, following the favourite everywhere in the run. She peeled off its back at the top of the straight and her powerful finish seen her win with ease.
She has a great record fresh. The 1200m might be short of her best distance but fresh and on soft ground, she proved too strong for her rivals and gave her ownership group plenty to cheer about.
