Perle Bleue has made it back to back victories with a solid staying effort at Ballarat last Thursday.

A lightly raced, imported french mare, Perle Bleue was surprisingly green her first two starts in Australia. It has taken time for her to learn and adjust to the Australian way of racing plus getting her out to a suitable staying trip, Perle Bleue has scored two wins on the trot with Jordan Child’s in the saddle.
She looked as though she was going to run away and score an easy victory however she still isn’t sure how to fully put the race away and only did what she had to do to secure the win. As Perle Bleue continues to learn her trade, we look forward to seeing where the ceiling is with her.

Congratulations to the winning connections.
