The long weekend seen the stable have a busy time of racing, travelling to Stawell, Edenhope, Morphetville and Warrnambool with runners.

Friday we had 4yo mare Duchess of Dorset (pictured) make her debut at Stawell and she couldn’t have started her career in any better style than winning at her first start.
It was a great reward for owner/breeder Marg Lucas who has being very patient with this mare. Although Duchess Of Dorset was well prepared for the races she still was green in the straight and looks to have some upside.

Edenhope Cup day was on Saturday and Fizzar was able to break her maiden status. Given a lovely front running ride by Dean Holland she was able to just hold on to secure the maiden victory.

The public holiday on Monday, seen jumps racing back at our home track. It was a quiet day for our home track races and we saddled up American In Paris and O’Reilly McLuke.
O’Reilly McLuke got the win on the board in the last race on the day. He has being a great purchase from New Zealand now winning two of his four starts and placing on the other occasions.

Congratulations to all the winning connections.
