Lady Delight has made it two wins on the bounce this preparation with a tough win at Ararat on Thursday.
She did a terrific job to carry 61.5kgs as she isn’t a very big mare but she is full of heart and tries hard. It is a great thrill to train for her owners Gary and Evie who bred Lady Delight. The joy they get watching her win gives us a great buzz also. Lady Delight will now have to step up in grade after two wins at 58 level. Hopefully as we raise the bar she can continue to be competitive up in grade with some weight relief.
