It was a busy day at our home track on Monday and the team did a stellar job to bring home three winners.
Autumn Colours, Sacred Eagle and Chimed provided the team with a treble with the rest of the days runners acquitting themselves well.
Autumn Colours (pictured) is a mare who is developing into a stayer with some upside. She is still learning her trade but she put the field away quiet easy on raw ability. It was a great result for Mike and Brodie Becker who purchased the mare online as a breeding proposition.
Sacred Eagle rewarded his extremely patient owners bringing up his second win of his career. A gelding operation and training him as a sprinter/miler has seen him run more consistent races this preparation. Hopefully the win on Monday is the first of many more to come.
Tough as nails Chimed won by a narrow margin in the last race of the day. He has been up a long time as well as contesting jumps races. He is thriving in work and enjoying his racing, it was a pleasing result for OTI and their connections to get win number two with Chimed.
