Hard ‘n’ Tough got her well deserved win at the Sandown twilight meeting on Wednesday. She is a mare that gives 110% every time she steps out at the races and it was very pleasing to see her win with authority yesterday. Melissa Julius who knows her well, gave Hard ‘n’ Tough a great ride. She always travelled well throughout and on the corner she was the horse you wanted to be on.
It was a great thrill for everyone involved to see Hard ‘n’ Tough get the well deserved win. Since joining Wilde Racing in November 2019 she has built an impressive record for 11 starts and finished in the top three on every occasion except one, taking her prize money to over $180,000. She certainly lives up to her name Hard ‘n’ Tough.
