A quick trip up the highway to Terang on Friday seen Wilde Racing come home with a winning double.

Galloping Guru (pictured) started a very short priced favourite and he didn’t let his supporters down winning by nine lengths. Rider Aaron Kuru took bad luck out of the equation sending Galloping Guru straight to the front. They bowled along at a nice tempo and continued to extend the margin as they entered the straight and towards the finishing line. Although the form in the race wasn’t very strong, it was the way Galloping Guru sealed the victory which was impressive. Lightly raced for a 4yo, he has put three good runs in this preparation and looks to have a nice staying future progressing forward.

Luv The Bool followed up his good win at Ararat with another easy victory at Terang on Friday. Teo Nugent seems to have the key to this fellow, having the two rides for two wins on him now. Perfectly named with a large group of owners from the Warrnambool area, Luv The Bool is in a great vain of form. He won easily over the 1600m and if he can extend out to the 2000m it will certainly open a lot more options for him going forward. Purchased from the Inglis Premier Yearling sale, Luv The Bool is starting to build a nice record, having the 12 starts for 3 wins and 3 minor placings.

Congratulations to our winning connections.
