Deeling Aces got her career off to the perfect start with a win at Bendigo on Tuesday. The 4yo mare by Dundeel has taken time to mature and get to the track. The patience of the owners were rewarded with the debut victory.
The mare Stacey Lee has bred speed into her other stock, with Front Page being a dynamite sprinter. However our mare by Dundeel looks as though she will be a stayer of the future. She doesn’t have an electric turn of foot but she can sustain a gallop.
Purchased from the Australian Easter Yearling sale for $220,000, Deeling Aces has the pedigree page to match her looks. A big, strong individual, she was always going to take time.
