Duchess of Dorset took her record to an impressive three wins from only four starts after an impressive all the way win at Bendigo on Wednesday. She was taken on in front early but Linda Meech held the rail and Duchess of Dorset showed sustained speed to win very comfortably.
That win qualified her for a spot in the VRC Grand Handicap Sprint at Flemington on the final day of the Cup Week Carnival where she should have a terrific chance.
