Dashing Duchess is a mare in form continuing her winning ways at Moonee Valley on Saturday. Her first start in open company and she couldn’t have been more impressive. Although she didn’t beat a strong field the way she put a margin on them was encouraging.

She was given a lovely ride by Jamie Kah and always looked to be travelling like the winner. Dashing Duchess hit the front early in the straight and thought her work was done. She went on to win by 2.75 lengths and looked to have plenty to offer should she had been challenged.

Dashing Duchess was an $80k purchase from the NZ Bloodstock ready to race sales. That price is now looking like a bargain buy after winning over $300k in prize-money.

Congratulations to our winning connections.
