Classy 3yo filly Etara was too strong for her rivals at Geelong on Tuesday bringing up win number two of her career.
She jumped and travelled keenly for Damien Lane in the early part of the race. She was never comfortable in the heavy 8 conditions. You could see in the straight she was making hard work of catching the early leader. Her staying pedigree came through to get her over the line and score the victory.

Purchased from the 2022 Inglis Premier sale for $170,000, she is showing plenty of promise to be able to earn her owners back her original price tag. Bred to stay and she has a good turn of foot, Etara is an exciting filly to have in the stables.

Congratulations to the winning connections.
