Chorizama made the perfect start to his race career winning on debut at Ararat over 1100m. The first foal out of Finley Harper who Wilde Racing previously trained, it was great to see him get the win at his first start.
He jumped slowly and didn’t travel well throughout, when he seen daylight and jockey Aaron Lynch gave him a squeeze he picked up the bit and found the line well.
In the end the win was very convincing as Chorizama went on to win by 2.25 lengths.
