The bold front running Fabalot made it a one act affair at his home track at Warrnambool on Sunday. Galloping away by 12 lengths at one point, Will Gordon made it a catch me if you can test for his rivals and catch him they couldn’t. Lumping the big impost of 73.5kg, Fabalot always travelled like the winner. When he is able to bowl along out in front like he did and have no pressure, he jumps well and he is able to continue the gallop right the way to the finishing line. He won the Houlahan Hurdle last year in similar fashion.

Fabalot has had 11 starts over the jumps now notching up 4 wins for his connections and pushing his prize-money earned well above the $200k mark.

Congratulations to the winning connections.
