Promising galloper As I Please made it two wins from as many starts on Koroit Cup Day. It was a fitting result with a large portion of the ownership group from the little country town, Koroit.
It was a great effort to jump from maiden class to 64 level. Whilst his maiden victory was effortless, it was great to see As I Please knuckle down and dig deep when he needed too.
Melissa Julius was again on board and was full of praise for the lightly raced 4yo.
A horse with soundness problems early doors, the owners have being patient in getting As I Please to the track. They certainly are now being rewarded. The future looks bright for As I Please and he couldn’t be more pleasing with what he has done to date.
