Tears Are Flowing made the perfect start to her career with a win on debut at Geelong on Friday.
The owners have been very patient with the daughter of Epaulette who has taken time to mature and develop, not having her first career start until a 4yo. She was well educated for her debut and did everything that was asked of her. Damien Lane gave her a lovely run in transit and had to bide his time waiting for a gap to appear in the straight. Tears Are Flowing was brave enough to take the gap and was able to run down the second placed horse right on the line. She will have derived plenty of benefit from the race day experience and we are looking forward to getting her back to the races.
