He might be green and still putting it altogether but Imamanzor shows he has plenty of talent with an impressive win at Warrnambool on Friday.
We gave him a start as a late 2yo in the hope that would set Imamanzor up nicely for a 3yo season. After a short break the son of Almanzor returned to the stables bigger and stronger.
His first start back from a spell was a pleasing return. It was great to see him back that up with a nice win. Linda Meech was in the saddle and she was full of praise for the horse. When he learns his trade he is going to be winning better class of races.
