Promising young stayer, Bazini earned himself three points for the Jericho Cup after winning the 3600m points race at Bendigo last Wednesday.
He was given a great ride by Harry Coffey and always looked to be travelling like the winner throughout the run. Although a rising 5yo, Bazini still is learning what his job is all about and it was great to see him win impressively over the staying trip.
The owners have being patient with Bazini and they are now reaping the rewards. With four points to his name, it seems to be all systems go towards a Jericho Cup at the end of the year.
