Maxey Campo and Supreme Renegade return to scale winners

May 15, 2017

It was another busy weekend for the Wilde Stable.

The weekends racing started off at Geelong on Friday where we had Maxey Campo engaged in the 1100m maiden. After an impressive debut on a heavy track at the May Carnival where he ran second it was great to see him bring that form to the All Weather track at Geelong and record an easy victory. Dropping back in distance wasn't ideal, he was off the bit and chasing early.
Andrew Mallyon gave him clear galloping room at the top of the straight, Maxey Campo stormed down the outside and won with the ears pricked.
He is still very new to the caper and looks to have a bright future ahead of him.

The team then set for Donald on Saturday and it was here that Supreme Renegade was able to salute with our apprentice Melissa Julius on board.
He is such an honest customer and it was great to see him get all the favours from barrier one to score a well deserved win.

Congratulations to both sets on winning connections.
